The Office of International Peoples’ Rights Protection (OIPP) provides legal assistance for Thai citizens who live abroad, or have a foreign spouse, or have juristic act or legal relations with a foreigner in the following matters:

1. Providing legal rights protection such as proceeding with the estate administration appointment, the guardian appointment and the guardian discharge and etc.;
2. Making or examining legal contracts or agreements for impoverished persons;
3. Conducting the mediation; and
4. Providing legal counseling.
