On Friday, April 4, 2025, Mr. Panote Preechyanud, Counsellor and representative of the Royal Thai Embassy in Berlin, attended the "Tribute" concert by the Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music Youth Orchestra (PYO) at Kunststation St. Peter, Cologne. This concert was part of the 12^th season of the Youth Orchestra and was held in collaboration with the contemporary youth music ensemble Studio Musikfabrik and the Musikhochschule Lübeck.

The concert featured contemporary classical compositions, conducted by Maestro Peter Veale, with guest artist Mr. Pratchaya Nanthachai performing as the Khaen soloist. The program included four pieces: (1) Melodien for Orchestra by György Ligeti, (2) Khan for Solo Khaen (Chromatic) and Ensemble by Dieter Mack, (3) The Enigma of the Mirror in Portraiture by Songklod Nuntakasem, winner of the PYO Call for Scores 2025, and (4) Finale for Chamber Orchestra by Mauricio Kagel. Before the Cologne concert, the Youth Orchestra also performed on April 2, 2025, at Kulturforum (Saalbau) in Witten.

The Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music Youth Orchestra was established in 2013 under Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music to promote and develop the orchestral skills of young Thai musicians, aiming for excellence and sustainability. The project provides a platform for the younger generation to exchange musical experiences with national and international conductors and experts, promoting the arts and culture through musical creativity.
